Iron Ark PLLC

Privacy policy.

Last updated October 1, 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Iron Ark PLLC, a law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. This policy explains what information we collect through www.ironark.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: matters@ironark.com.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the inquiry form or email us, we receive what you provide – typically your name, company, email address, phone number, a description of your matter, the other parties involved, any deadline, the type of matter, and whether you are already represented. The form also records which page of the site you came from.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages are requested – such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited – to deliver and secure the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, check for conflicts of interest, evaluate whether and how we can represent you, and keep records our professional obligations require. We use technical information only to operate and protect the site.

Confidentiality and prospective clients

Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until we confirm there is no conflict. We treat information from prospective clients as the rules of professional conduct require.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our practice – such as our website host, which processes form submissions, and our email provider – and when the law or a court requires it. We do not share the details of your inquiry with outside counsel without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as needed for the purposes above. Law firms keep conflict-check records over the long term, so a record of the parties to an inquiry may be retained even if we do not take the matter.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is one more reason not to send confidential information through the form.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us by emailing matters@ironark.com. We will honor requests except where we must keep information to meet legal or professional obligations, such as conflict records.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed.
